A Person erects an Electric Fence Around his House.

There are reports emanating from Virginia, USA where an individual has erected an electric fence around his property to keep children off his yard. This is a small yard in a populated area next to a frequented bus stop, as a result the action has caused quite a controversy. Parents have come out against the installation, but Mr Tucker is unrepentant suggesting the parents are at fault for not controlling their children.

In our opinion this is a bit extreme but would achieve his objective of keeping the children off his grass BUT it would not stop them littering – going back to my youth, if someone did that I would have deliberately chucked paper over the fence. 

Safety is not an issue - as we know a correctly installed electric fence is safe for all mammals.
